Theme Day: Ruined and Rusted

DSCN4744

Each month City Daily Photo bloggers post a photo that’s inspired by the group’s theme. This September the theme is Rusted and Ruined. Above is a portion of an old cart still used to transport rubbish. I dare say it’ll be in use 50 years from now.

You don’t want to know what it looked like before. Trust me. This is a massive improvement.

No Swimming, Eh?

Ah, China, where rules are mere decorations. So easily flouted.

But as we know – not always.

Fresh Chickens

I just can’t bring myself to buy chicken this way. It is fresher, but watching the seller butcher it would be too much for me.

Buying Vegetables

In the morning it’s a good time to go out and buy some vegetables from the vendors before the day gets too hot.

It’s been 30+ degrees in Jinan.
