Parc 66’s Christmas theme is Smurfs. They’ve set up a village in the mall.
As a side note, I haven’t been able to blog all week due to poor Internet service. Ugh! I’ve got two VPNs but neither worked till today.

1. Each week, we’ll provide a theme for creative inspiration. You take photographs based on your interpretation of the theme, and post them on your blog (a new post!) anytime before the following Friday when the next photo theme will be announced. 2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Weekly Photo Challenge: (theme of the week)” and be sure to use the “postaday″ tag. 3. Follow The Daily Post so that you don’t miss out on weekly challenge announcements, and subscribe to our newsletter – we’ll highlight great photos from each month’s most popular challenge.
Other great photos:
Whether you’re a beginner or a professional, you’re invited to get involved in our Weekly Photo Challenge to help you meet your blogging goals and give you another way to take part in Post a Day / Post a Week. Everyone is welcome to participate, even if your blog isn’t about photography.

The ever popular Hello Kitty beckons shoppers to this jewelry shop. She reminds me of a story I heard. A colleague worked with a woman in her late 20s who surrounded herself with Hello Kitty toys and images. Finally, the man had to ask. “What’s up with all the Hello Kitty paraphernalia?”
The woman explained, “She’s such a good role model.”
Huh? Hello Kitty does and says nothing.
Could this be so? I wondered as I spied this sign. It’s the right colors, but everything else seemed off. I pressed on to investigate.
As much as I’d like to see an Ikea conveniently located in Jinan, it just looks too good to be true. Yes, there’s Ikea items and the prices are pretty close to what I’ve seen in their Guangzhou store, but a lot seems off. Very off.
One of the associated, who spoke English well, approached my friend and I and explained that this business helps people buy Ikea goods in Jinan. Interesting.
